What is the difference between the Cater to Mom Postpartum Recovery Box and the Cater to Mom Subscription Box?

Our Recovery Box will be packed with 8-10 items to help aid in postpartum recovery. This box includes bath and body products, tea, snacks, self-care books, postpartum essentials, and additional resources.  If you opt for the Subscription Box, you will receive 6-8 items each month and access to our private Facebook community which caters to the needs of moms during postpartum recovery.

Is there a contract?

No contract. You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime) or you can prepay for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at a time. If you pre-pay on a 9 or 12-month plan, you’ll get ONE MONTH FREE! If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 30th of each month.  

When will my package arrive?

Subscription boxes ship at the same time – on or around the 18th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your package to arrive on your doorstep!

All orders must be placed by the 14th of the month in order to receive that month’s box (unless we have extras). If you subscribe after the 14th and want the current month’s box, contact us and we’ll let you know if there are any left. Otherwise, you are subscribing for the following month’s box.

One time purchase boxes are shipped 3 to 5 business days.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! You can add a subscription to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout. Choose the length of their subscription (most gift subscriptions are 3 months). You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but use THEIR shipping address.

 What is your cancellation policy?

We completely understand if the subscription box is not for you.  If you are not completely satisfied with Cater to Mom subscription box, you can cancel your subscription and discontinue your monthly payments. In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 30th of each month. Email support at catertomom@gmail.com.
